1. Shipping Rates

Shipping is not free. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We strive to offer competitive rates through our carrier partnerships.

3. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our facility in Kissimmee, Florida (34744). Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

6. International Shipping

Euro L Beauty LLC does not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid address within the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates or contact us for any inquiries.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status and tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@eurolbeauty.com.

8. Shipping to PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. If you select UPS, FedEx, or DHL as your shipping carrier, a physical street address is required. Please ensure you provide a valid shipping address to avoid delays.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eurolbeauty.com. Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging and products
• A description of the damage

We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged items. Do not discard the damaged packaging or products until the claim has been resolved.

10. Wholesale Bulk Orders

Large wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time and may be shipped on separate timelines depending on product availability and order size. For bulk orders, we may use freight shipping or palletized delivery.
