Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted. The return window begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened and unused
• Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact
• Items must include all original labels, inserts, and accessories
• Items must not show signs of damage, tampering, or alteration

Euro L Beauty LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as Euro L Beauty LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Returns should be shipped to our facility at 972 Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34744. Please include your order number and return authorization number with your return shipment.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused by the customer
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Machines and devices that have been used or powered on
• Custom or special-order items
• Gift cards or store credits

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window, subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@eurolbeauty.com to arrange the exchange before shipping the item back. The same return conditions apply to exchanges. If the replacement item has a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eurolbeauty.com. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage or defect
• Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item(s) and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a free return.

8. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@eurolbeauty.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number
2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
4. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box
5. Ship the package to: Euro L Beauty LLC, 972 Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34744
6. Email us the return tracking number for your records

Do not ship items back without a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
