Who sells and ships

Products in the Test Spa online store are professional-grade products sold, charged and shipped by Euro L Beauty LLC, 972 East Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34744, which is the seller of record. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. Test Spa recommends these products and receives a commission on sales.

Prices, tax and shipping

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and taxes (including Puerto Rico IVU or your state's sales tax) are calculated and shown before you pay. Orders ship within the United States and Puerto Rico; you'll receive tracking by email.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products can't be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: write within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund them at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Product use

Use products as directed on the label or by your professional. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin and stop use if irritation occurs. Products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
